1. Social Enterprise Development

Rwanda just like many other sub-Saharan African countries faces a huge challenge of rising youth unemployment. The government urges the private sector and other development partners including NGOs and civil society organizations to engage in initiatives that will drive job creation. This program is aimed at not only solving that problem but also combining that with tackling other priority social issues through creating sustainable social enterprises.

2. Encouraging Social Responsibility

The Social Enterprise concept is still new in Rwanda and needs grassroots ‘ support. Thus, AOG is building a community of volunteers, learners, and leaders to support Social Enterprise development in the country.
